3. Situations in which expenses are not reimbursable, but we can consider options for each situation:
- Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- You changed your mind and no longer want the product.
- You signed up by mistake and do not want to continue using the service.
- You are asking for compensation in good faith, not for objective reasons.
- You lack the technical capabilities to properly use the product.
- You can no longer download the item due to its removal from the website.
- You have violated the product fair play policy.
4. Reimbursement in case of unfitness
If a digital product purchased without a subscription is found to be unusable, we will attempt to repair or issue a refund within 30 days. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. About access keys and technical support
It is important to note that no refunds will be issued if your access to private storage has been revoked. The tools are provided “as is” once downloaded from the author, and EMELWEB does not provide activation keys or technical support for purchased tools, as these items are not part of the GPL license. Because key-protected content is defined by the author, it may fall outside the scope of the applicable GPL license. Therefore, the unavailability of key-protected content or the lack of technical support for purchased tools is not a basis for refund.
6. Reimbursement in case of changes in conditions
Refunds can only be provided if we make significant changes to our terms that will adversely affect you. In such cases, a partial refund will be given for all unused months. Therefore, before making a purchase, you are advised to carefully read the description of the service and familiarize yourself with the terms of use. Don’t forget that updates are also non-refundable.
7. Application of policy
This policy applies to all digital products, including but not limited to software, e-books, downloadable content, online courses, digital templates and other digital goods or services offered by EMELWEB.
